At Reppin D Region Creations, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order placed through reppin.me. Please read the following terms carefully regarding shipping, returns, and refunds.
1. Shipping
- Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days.
- Delivery: We ship within Trinidad and Tobago via reputable courier services. Regional/international shipping options may vary and will be quoted at checkout.
- Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where applicable).
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom and limited-edition nature of our items:
- All sales are final.
- We only accept returns if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you received the wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve it via replacement or refund.
3. Refunds
Refunds will only be issued:
- For defective or incorrect items we cannot replace
- If the item was returned per our instructions (shipping back at customer’s cost unless otherwise agreed)
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
